The Gram Panchayat (GP), as the local government in rural areas, is primarily responsible for delivery of various local services to their residents. The Institutional Strengthening of Gram Panchayat Project (ISGPP) aims at strengthening the institutional processes related to decision making and implementation with better participation, transparency and accountability; building capacity at all levels including mentoring and better oversight functioning and monitoring the coverage and quality of services delivered.

For spatial analysis, physical infrastructures, both social and economic, can be captured and ported in the maps through this app. The app helps in Geo-tagging different types of information in different layers. That helps to maintain clarity of the map and knowing the precise location of the infrastructures, available at Gram Panchayats.
